Monday night practices start from 6th October
Be down at Hove Rugby club for a 6:30pm start (just near Hove station, on Old Shoreham Road, map link), we’ll play until 9 and then meet in the bar for a couple of drinks. There is also showers and changing rooms for those of you who like to wash.

Mid-week practices – UPDATED
Weekly practices are now available in three delicious flavours: Saturdays (regular style), Tuesdays (laid-back, fun style), and Thursdays (intense, hardcore style). Check the Practices page for full details including locations, and the Practices calendar which lets you know when practices are and aren’t happening.
New discs!
New discs are here, speak to Roach or Rolls if you want to buy one. They’re £6 for Brighton players, £7 for everyone else. Stocks are limited so buy now to avoid disappointment!
