Alongside our usual BACA practice we’re excited to also have a coach dedicated to teaching beginners. Beginners are likely to be general members of the public or freshers from Brighton/Sussex Uni.

The sessions are each Monday running from 8th October to 10th December 2018. 8-10pm on Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA)’s 3G pitch. For details on how to get there checkout this page.
People who haven’t played at a BU event before can come to their first practice for free! After that, each session is between £3.50 and £5.50 depending who you are and if you prepay etc.
At these sessions we have insurance that covers various eventualities. Becoming a Brighton Ultimate member means you’re covered. After three sessions every attendee needs to be a BU and a UKU member. For further details check out the membership page.
When you arrive speak to someone who’s throwing a disc around. They’ll be able to point you in the direction of either Hannah Brew or a coach. Hannah will then usually be your coach for the evening.
