Practices

We currently practice once a week. The sessions are currently:
Mondays, Hove Rugby Club, 6:45pm til 9pm (showers and changing rooms are available for use after practice). Please bring light & dark shirts, water, and some studded footwear as it gets pretty muddy. Practices at Hove cost about £3 (TBC) per practice, however your first session is free!
