Brighton Ultimate	Brighton	Roland Tomlinson
(a.k.a. West Pier Pressure and Palace Pier Pressure) Brighton Ultimate started up a couple of years ago, and have rapidly expanded and recruited more and more players from in and around Brighton & Hove. We’ve got two mixed teams into the Mixed Tour again this year so there will be plenty of players needing a wind down after a season of hard playing and hard partying.

Shocker	Brighton/London	Tom White
An old Mixed Tour team who regroup annually to play on the beach at Paganello, Shocker are currently one of the best mixed ultimate beach teams in Europe, bringing a combo of mad skills, marathon pace running, and deviant sexuality to the playing field.

Thundering Herd	London	Claire Smith
During the spring of 2003 in the inauspicious surroundings of Walpole Park in Ealing, a few mates from work decided to hang out in the unseasonable sunshine and chuck a frisbee around. The thought of playing an organised sport with rules and a scoring system were far from most peoples minds, however there were a select few (Bullet Time, RZLA and Kathy) who decided this could be something more than a casual fling. Around the same time they discovered that two legends of the game worked at the same company. Surprisingly, these legends were prepared to endure countless hours of being asked ‘what do you mean by ‘force”, ‘what’s a stack’, ’show me that forehand thing again’ etc. They were hooked, however a team isn’t a team without a name…The early summer of 2003 was surprisingly hot and dry and their home patch of grass had turned dry and dusty. Upon watching this bunch of lumbering fools clump around this dustbowl in seemingly random directions a name was born: The Thundering Herd.

ABH	London	Alexis Sotiropoulos
We are THE universally accessible mixed team based in central London, practicing in the salubrious surroundings of Hyde Park, just south of the Serpentine. We play both mixed and open tours, summer league, winter league and other fun tournaments. No references required.

Crunch	Amsterdam, The Netherlands	Louis Ates
Our team consists mainly of players who have recently started to play competition in Holland and have caught the ultimate virus badly. Most of the players on this team come from team “Oddjob”, But we are supplemented by some players from the other “Crunch Amsterdam” teams (Bovine University, Cambodjan pancakes). Most of us have some (international) tournament experience, but never did one in the UK. This could not last of course! We look forward to running our legs of and participate in all the British party madness we encounter. See you on the fields!

Founded in 1997 “the Lovers” are a friendly but competitive London club that caters for ultimate frisbee players of all abilities and experience. We compete in top-level student, open and mixed events both outdoors and indoors. The club also has a womens team and an active alumni team in the United States.

We’ve played summer league for the past two years, as well as winter league this past year (going into division 1 by the last tournament). We’ve got some excellent top players, as well as some early starters - and they’re keen for a proper run-around weekend long tourney. I’ve no doubt Brighton Beyond is the one for them!

Halcyon	Manchester	Jamie Carson
Formed in September 2006, Halcyon are the University of Manchester ultimate team. With a core of experienced players and a host of talented beginners Halcyon have set about playing as much competitive ultimate as possible entering open, mixed and beach tournaments. We play hard and party hard.

MK Ultimate	Milton Keynes	Joanne Cozens
People always act surprised when they hear that Ultimate has finally reached Milton Keynes - as if such a cool and crazy sport would never penetrate this far into the home counties. Truth is that our club’s been around playing Ultimate since the early 90s, as have more than a few of our players. We’re a laidback club that stick to the friendly tournaments, which seem much thinner on the ground than they used to be. We’re looking forward to stretching our young and older legs at BB07. (we’ve all got one fresh Bambi style leg and one old skanky/gammy leg - there’s something in the water round these parts).

We are drinking team on a conquest to play some ultimate and to party hard. We’re a bunch of friends who have played together before on university teams. This will be our first tournament as Jabba The Huck.
