The full schedule and seedings (see below) for the Winter Indoor Brighton League (WIBL) have been posted on the “brighton-league” YahooGroups site. You’ll have to sign up to to the group view it, but this is a good idea anyway if you’re playing in WIBL so that you’re kept informed of any schedule changes.

London Winter League

If you like your Ultimate wet, muddy, and competitive, then sign up for the London Winter League events. They take place in Old Deer Park, Richmond, one Sunday a month for the next few months. LWL is one of the few oppurtunities to play some hardcore outdoor Ultimate during the winter season, so if you’re interested, head over to the BU YahooGroups site and fill in your availability on this database (and don’t worry, you can change your entry at a later date). If you have any questions about LWL then direct them to Spike, our Winter Fixtures Co-ordinator.

If you weren’t at the club AGM last week, then you missed out on the first annual Brighton Ultimate player awards. This year they went to:

Questionnaire

In order to make us into the most successful ultimate club in the country for the second year running, the committee would like you to let us know how we’re doing by filling out this questionnaire. The results will be used to fine-tune our training sessions, social events, and other aspects of Brighton Ultimate’s future development. All the responses are anonymous, so say what you really feel!

Note: the questionnaire is passworded, and you will have received the password via the Brighton Ultimate email list. If you’re not on this list and think you should be, talk to Roland (at practice or by emailing contact at brightonultimate dot co dot uk).
